Dear Client:

Steve n Sons Marine Service wants to thank you for your loyal patronage since our inception. Our business has grown and we are putting in new systems to increase our efficiency for all of our clients, but particularly for our preferred clients, like you.

As we prepare to complete this boating season and gear up for the next we are anticipating a full schedule of clients.  This volume of service delivery makes scheduling and administration of services extremely hectic. We recognize the inconvenience that this may cause clients who are in need of boat service.   In order to better serve our clientele and to help manage the anticipated volume of clients we have decided to offer our preferred clients service contracts for winterization, de-winterization and regular maintenance services.

Contractual services are an advantage to you!  Once you have agreed to come aboard as a
contractual client you are given first priority for your necessary marine services.  You can take advantage of discounted rates for contract clients and you are assured top quality maintenance, diagnostic service, repairs and scheduling as a preferred customer. Your services will automatically be scheduled, before call - ins and last minute customers and you will be notified of when our technicians will be reporting to your vessel and you can enjoy a 48-hour response to all service inquiries.

We are dedicated to keeping boaters boating and we want to help ensure that you are able to enjoy your boat throughout the season.  Avoid the waiting lists and the lost boating time!
